Responsibilities & Expectations

Learn what it means to be a Team Rep and how you support your team throughout the season:

General Duties (All Seasons):

• Communicate updates from the league to your team by being a part of the TEAM REP CHAT GROUP

• Help coordinate snack schedules and team events

• Support coaches on game days with organization and parent coordination

Game Day Duties:

• Home Team must provide a scorekeeper (MUST BE SEATED AT THE SCORE KEEPER TABLE)

• Away Team must track and report pitch counts

Dugout & Badging Rules:

• Team Reps are not permitted in the dugout during games, unless badged in the Foal Division

• Most Team Reps do not undergo background checks and do not receive badges (FOAL EXCEPTION)

• Only badged individuals (listed coaches and approved staff) may be in the dugout

Seasonal Responsibilities

Spring Season Only:

• Help the team secure a team sponsor

• Assist in getting a team banner

• Create a raffle basket for Opening Day

• Help coordinate Picture Day

Fall Season Only:

• Collect and manage Pancake Breakfast ticket sales
